37th INTERNATIONAL FUR FAIR OF KASTORIA 2012
4-7 May 2011 (Friday-Monday)

                                        Enrolment starts on Monday 12-9-2011

Dear Sir/Madam,
                                                We are happy to inform you about the 37th    International Fur Fair of Kastoria, which will be held from 4-7 May 2012 (Friday – Monday) at the Exhibition – Auction Center of Kastoria (Chloe Area). The enrolment starts on Monday 12-9-2011.
            The cost of the square meter – without V.A.T. - according to the floor is :
             On the 1st floor :                                           60,00 €/m2
             On the 2nd floor :                                      85,00 €/m2
                      On the 2nd floor (KFA Building)   :           90,00 €/ m2
                      On the 3rd floor :                                       60,00 €/ m2
             Participation with a desk 1.100 €
             Minimum of participation 35 m2
             Maximum of participation 250 m2
                                    TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
            a)   Priority will b kept in the Application Forms.
b) The members of the Association will have a 5% discount.
c)   Together with the Application Form the Exhibitor should deposit the 40 % of the amount which equals to his participation and the Registration Fee either on cash or by a bank check day.
d) Way of payment :
      1)   There will be a 5% discount for the Exhibitor who will pay off the amount which equals to his participation by submitting the Application Form.
      2) Deposit of the 30% of the stand value on 30/1/2012 plus cost of services’ provision at the bank account of the Sole Shareholder Anonymous Company of Furriers’ Association or the Association offices.
                3) The payment of the remaining 30% should be done on 30/4/2012.
                4) Cost of Services’ Provision 5 € / m2.
                5) Registration Fee 150 €.
